  • Via our proprietary planning and forecasting process, you can work with the bank of your choosing to finance additional inclusions such as landscaping, window treatments, fencing, audio-visual packages and more.

Design your home​

  • You’ll work with our experienced design team, lead by award-winning designer and founder Emily Mackie, to customize your home from our existing home designs, or create a completely new plan to fit your needs. 
 
  • You’ll get in-depth and personal with our design team as we conduct your Style Audit. Throughout this process we get to know you and your design desires before presenting design concepts and plans.
 
  • Once your audit is complete, you’ll be presented with your home via a fully-immersive 3D Tour. You’ll be able to adjust the design finishes and style  before construction begins to ensure a final product with no surprises and 100% satisfaction.
  • We source the best General Contractor pricing to outline the building phases and create an estimated construction schedule.
 
  • Our team competitively bids all the contractors and subcontractors to assemble the perfect team for your home’s construction. 
 
  • Your lender and our General Contractor will coordinate the draw schedule and we will handle all project management tasks, keeping you up-to-date with weekly project check-ins.

  • Our design process allows you the flexibility to furnish your home in a variety of ways. We are also able to offer art consultations to hang and plan artwork for your space.
  • We can create a design with all new furnishings or inventory your existing pieces to be incorporated into the design. 
  • You’ll work with our design team to determine the budget for any new additions to your brand new home. 
  • Your satisfaction is our aim: your home has included warranty and maintenance to support you even after the project has been completed.
